Off-site encrypted backup
A daily encrypted dump of production is stored with a second provider as ciphertext only — encrypted in memory before storage, private key held offline — and fails closed rather than ever writing an unencrypted copy. A scheduled artifact was decrypted and restored end-to-end, reconciled against production.
