Brand
For partners and institutions referring to First Six in their own materials, here is the short version. It covers the four things people get wrong most often (the name, the logo, the colour, and the voice), plus where the product actually lives. For logo files or anything beyond this, get in touch.
The through-line is restraint. First Six is a calm product about a stressful time, and the brand is meant to feel that way: quiet, legible, and out of the way.
The name
It is First Six, two words, both capitalised. Not "FirstSix", not "First6". The name is the promise (the first six weeks), so keeping it as two clear words keeps that meaning legible.
Logo
Use the supplied logo with clear space around it and do not recolour, stretch, or add effects to it. There are light and dark variants; use the one with enough contrast against your background.
Recolouring, stretching, rotating, or adding shadows and glows to the logo all break it. If a placement is awkward, change the surrounding space or swap to the other variant rather than modifying the mark itself.
Colour
First Six reads on a warm cream background with a single accent colour. Inside the product, the accent is set per institution as part of white-labellingPresenting the product under an institution's own colour and identity rather than a generic First Six look., so when you show First Six branded for your institution, your accent is the right one to use. In other words: there is no single "First Six blue" to match. The correct accent is whichever one your institution has been set up with.
Voice
Calm and plain. First Six does not shout, does not use hype, and does not lean on emoji. If you are writing about it, the same register works: clear, direct, and low-key. When in doubt, say less and say it plainly. The voice should reassure, not sell.

Common questions
Which accent colour should we use?
The one set for your institution inside the product. The accent is configured per institution as part of white-labelling, so there is no universal First Six colour to match. Use your own.
Can we change the logo to fit our layout?
No. Keep clear space around the supplied mark and pick the light or dark variant that gives you contrast, but do not recolour, stretch, or add effects. Adjust the surrounding space instead.
