The staff console is where a wellbeing team runs the first six weeks for a cohort. You triage what comes in, publish the weekly arc of content, watch the signals that tell you how a cohort is travelling, and respond when something needs a person.
These docs go deeper than the student guides. They assume you are doing the work daily and want the detail, including what to do when the obvious path does not apply.
