The template library
The template library saves you from writing the same welcome briefing every intake. It holds reusable content you can drop into authoring and adapt.
What's in it
Templates are organised by topic: welcome, social, academic, wellbeing, admin, careers, and info. You can search by name or description and filter by topic, and each template shows how often and how recently it has been used, so the proven ones rise to the top.
Using a template
When you author a briefing, apply a template to pre-fill the heading, body, and call to action. It is a starting point, not a lock; edit anything before you publish. The fastest path through a week is usually "apply the closest template, then make it specific to this cohort".
Saving your own
Any published piece can become a template. Save it, give it a topic, name, and short description, and it joins the library for next time.
When a briefing lands well with a cohort, save it as a template straight away. The best content the team produces should compound across intakes instead of being rewritten from memory each term.
The fastest answer is usually one question away.
